I am a clinical hypnotherapist and would love to help golfers. Would Hypnosis be a magic wand? The truth is that YOU hold the magic.
So you can play golf well. You have put in the practice hours (this could be another sport not golf, however, I will use this theme to explain, as the theory will help with all sorts of performance issues)
But, something has affected your play/form. You may be stuck in a frustrating cycle of anticipating failure and making bad shots. You may have tried to fix this yourself. You may have adjusted your swing, gone back to old clubs, tried other things. Whatever you might have tried is has not worked...YET.
Working with a hypnotherapist will teach you a different approach.
Sport Hypnosis is powerful and is often used in sports psychology.
I am not a coach and will not be telling you HOW to improve your technique. I will be telling you how to be the player, athlete or musician that you want to be.
I have worked with many sports people, high level performers and ameteurs and those who play for fun.
I know you are good at what you do and can be good again.
I can help with your subconscious mind. We will work together to get your powerful subconscious mind help you to get back in your game. We will quieten those self doubting thoughts and get rid of those frustrating negative images.
So, whether you are struggling with a specific element of play, whether that be golf, tennis, cricket or another sport, hypnosis may be the solution you need.
Here's a quick list of how hypnosis can help:
Reducing sports performance anxiety.
Revisiting details of past successful play.
Visualising, reliving and feeling your best shots.
Mentally rehearsing your perfect performance and motor control.
Reframing performance and/or shots, hoops, throws etc.
Regaining that Winning Instinct.
Increasing confidence and self belief.
Addressing subconscious over analysis.
